CherryLike bot ("us", "we", or "our"), operates this website, the CherryLike bot Discord application (the "Service", "Application" or "bot") as well as the official support server for CherryLike Discord bot application.\

## Usage of data

The Service may use collected data, as defined bellow, for different features including but not limited to: command handling.\
No usage of data outside of the aforementioned cases will happen and the data will not be shared with any third-party site or service.

* **We care about privacy.** We understand the importance of privacy. We are committed to transparency of our policies.
* **We don't sell data.** Our Service is sustained through our premium subscription service. You aren't the product.
* **We only store what's needed.** All data stored is what's required for the Service to function, and this data can be manually removed or automatically removed by inactivity for more than 1 year.

The bot may collect the following information automatically when using commands:

## Automatic removal

### Remove data from a Server

Use <mark style="color:orange;">/premium reset</mark> to automatically remove stored data of a server. The data will also be automatically removed after 1 year of inactivity or if the server's premium expires.

### Remove data from a User

Stored Data can be removed automatically by not using the Service for more than 1 year (not using the bot's commands) or by using the manual methods <mark style="color:orange;">/delete my data</mark> or <mark style="color:orange;">/opt out</mark> or by opening a ticket on the [support server](https://discord.gg/JfKw9JtvdG), messaging or pinging @Developer or sending an email to <rakanishyu@gmail.com>

## Manual removal

Manual data removal can be done through the following methods:\
Using the bot's commands /opt out or /delete my data for User data, or /premium reset for Server data. Or by inactivity (not using the bot's commands for more than 1 year).\

**Technical limitations**

The automatic removal of data has certain limitations that we cannot fix or avoid. Limitations include, but aren't limited to, downtime of the Service due to maintenance or technical issues of Discord Inc. or technical hosting issues.&#x20;
