Refund policy for CherryLike bot.

Thank you for supporting CherryLike bot, we're dedicated to providing the best experience possible but if you are not satisfied with your subscription or pledge, we may offer refunds.

Eligibility for refunds

Refunds are generally available if your request meets the following conditions, although not guaranteed:

1. Within 5 days of your subscription creation or pledge: Refunds are eligible if requested within 5 days of the subscription creation or pledge.

2. New month: Refunds are not eligible if a new billing month has started after the initial subscription creation or pledge.

3. Compliance with Terms: Refunds are not available if you have violated our Terms of Service, or if you have been banned from the Support Server. Refunds are not guaranteed if you have received any warnings for violating our Support Server Rules

4. Are not Stripe payments, on stripe the fee is not refunded and the refund cannot be adjusted to account for the fee.

5. On the other payment platforms, Patreon and PayPal, you may receive a partial refund without the transaction fee. You are responsible for subscriptions you start, however we will do our best to refund you if possible.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please join our Support Server and open a support ticket, or directly message or ping/mention @Developer or send an email to [e-mail]. If you open a support ticket, please including the email address associated with the payment platform you purchased premium through: Mee6 or Upgrade.Chat (more platforms may be added in the future, check the Support Server #get_premium channel.

Your request will be reviewed and responded to as soon as possible. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment typically within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
