Terms of Service for the usage of CherryLike bot.

By inviting and using the hereby Discord bot application, you are automatically agreeing to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using the bot and remove it from your server.

CherryLike bot ("us", "we", or "our"), operates the CherryLike bot Discord application (the "Service" or "bot") as well as the official support server for CherryLike Discord bot application. Join the official support server by clicking here and open a support ticket, or send a direct message to @Developer, or send an email to [e-mail] if you need help or have a question.

Agreement to Terms

By inviting the bot (Service) and using it's features (commands) you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the Service.

You acknowledge that you have the privilege to freely use the Service on any Discord Server (Server) you share with it, provided you have “Manage Server” permissions to invite it. This privilege may be revoked if you violate the terms and/or policy of this Service, or the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and/or Community Guidelines of Discord Inc.

When you invite the Service, it may collect specific data outlined in its Privacy Policy. This data is intended for core functionalities of the Service, such as command handling.

You can manually remove this data using the following commands: /delete my data ; /opt out.

Additionally, data is automatically removed if you do not use the bot/Service's commands for 1 year or longer (due to inactivity).

Acceptable usage

The Service may only be used within the scope of its intended purpose, as defined by these Terms and applicable law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights. We reserve the right to take appropriate measures to protect the legitimate interests of the Service, including denying Users access to the Service or reporting any misconduct conducted through the Service to the appropriate authorities at our sole discretion.

Intended age

Users utilizing the Service or participating in the use of age-restricted (NSFW) commands must be legal adults as defined by United States law (18 years of age or older). It is the responsibility of the end user and the administrators of servers using the Service to ensure that users are of appropriate age to use the Service and engage in activities that may involve the sharing of adult content or adult-rated conversations. We are not responsible for any potential underage use of the NSFW commands.

Limitations

In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if us authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on the Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However we do not make any commitment to update the materials.

Affiliation

The Service is not affiliated with, supported or made by Discord Inc. Any direct connection to Discord or any of its Trademark objects is purely coincidental. We do not claim to have the copyright ownership of any of Discord’s assets, trademarks or other intellectual property.

Liability

The owner or developer of the Service may not be made liable for individuals breaking these Terms at any given time. They have faith in the end users being truthful about their information and not misusing this Service or The Services of Discord Inc in a malicious way.

Modifications

We may revise these terms of service or our privacy policy for the Service at any time without notice. By using the Service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service and privacy policy. You may opt out by Removing the Service from any Server you have the rights for.
